OT Week 2026

2026 OT Week 26 October – 1 November

2026 World OT Day: 27 October

OT Week is our annual celebration of the extraordinary impact occupational therapists make every day. This year’s theme, Participation Matters, puts a spotlight on one of the foundations of occupational therapy – the understanding that being able to participate in life is fundamental to our health, wellbeing and sense of belonging.

At Minding Family, we see the importance of participation every day. We work alongside our clients to support them to take part in the activities, routines and experiences that are meaningful to them – whether that’s participating at home, at school, at work, in the community, or simply enjoying the things they love.

For us, occupational therapy is about more than developing skills. It’s about understanding what matters to each person, identifying what may be getting in the way, and working together to create practical strategies and supports that help our clients participate with greater confidence, independence and enjoyment.

This OT Week, we’re proud to celebrate our clients, their achievements and the many ways occupational therapy can help make participation possible.
